The brief

Karl’s house was on its original copper. He wanted the lot redone – new water lines through the whole house, hot water reworked, plus the gas terminated and re-run cleanly. The kind of job that sets the tone for the next thirty years.

What we did

Stripped the existing pipework, ran new lines through the wall cavities and floor, terminated the gas at the meter and re-ran the supply, set up the hot water and brought everything online with full pressure tests. Mid-project Karl decided on additions – we absorbed the changes without dragging the timeline.
