Michael and Nathan started Waterwise in 2021 out of a yard at 11 Trig Road South, Waihi. The crew is five strong now – we still answer our own phones.
How we got here.
Michael and Nathan had spent years working other people’s jobs across the Bay before starting their own ticket. The bet was simple: do the work properly, charge a fair price, answer the phone. It worked. Four years on we’re a five-person crew covering Waihi, Waihi Beach and the Coromandel approach across to Katikati and Paeroa.
We’re Master Plumbers members. That matters because it puts a guarantee behind every job we do – not a marketing line, an actual third-party guarantee.
