The brief

A modern bathroom built in partnership with Baker Joinery Ltd. The brief was simple in the way good briefs are: warm timber tones meeting crisp white finishes, with the plumbing invisible – rough-ins clean, fit-off tidy, no surprises when the cabinetry landed.

What we did

Roughed in to the joinery’s cabinetry programme, ready for fit-off the day units arrived. Coordinated with the build team across the timeline so we weren’t holding anyone up and they weren’t holding us up. Mixers, taps, drainage, hot water, all signed off and tidy.

Why this kind of partnership works

A bathroom is a sequencing problem more than a plumbing problem. The build trade that turns up on the wrong day is the trade that costs everybody money.
